Passive Earning Schemes, PES

PES, launched on June 25, 2024, allows participants to passively earn and collect UPX on a monthly basis by investing in specific mints of our UGC assets (Karts, Map assets and Structure Ornaments), called PES assets, and properties in PES neighborhoods, called PES properties.

PES assets

The earnings of PES assets vary from 15% p.a. to 20% p.a. depending on the PES slot in which they are placed, which in turn depends on the mint numbers of the assets.

The updated list of PES slots, with the respective earnings % p.a. and the corresponding eligible PES assets, with the mint numbers and prices, is available on our Discord at │passive-earning-schemes

For example, a Mint 1 MMVM Engineering kart goes into PES slot 1 ‘Own a Mint 1 vehicle (kart)’, earning at 20% p.a., while the Splitter Mint goes into PES slot 14 ‘Own a Splitter Mint vehicle (kart)’, earning at 19.5% p.a., and regular mints go either into PES slot 36 ‘Own an MMVM Engineering kart’, earning at 16% p.a. or PES slot 4 ‘Own full set of MMVM Engineering karts’, earning at 19% p.a.

Earnings are based on the mint price of the asset.

PES properties

Currently, there is only one PES neighborhood, Five Mile Creek, Dallas, which opened on February 10, 2025.

PES properties earn additional passive UPX on top of Upland earnings!

How to get PES assets?

From MMVH

Regular mints can be reserved on our Discord under the reservation channels:

Exclusive mints – Mint 1, Closer Mint, Splitter Mint, Legacy Mint, Mystery Mint, Golden Ratio Mint – are released by us in auctions.

The Legacy Mint of an asset is a very special mint which is released by us only after all regular mints of that asset is sold out, and symbolizes the success and enduring value of the asset, leaving a lasting legacy!
Mystery Mints are released in blind auctions, where you can buy lifelines which can give you the winning edge, if used wisely at the proper time!
Golden Ratio Mints are released in pairs, with the mint numbers of the pair of assets determined by the Golden Ratio and the total number of mints of the asset. (The Golden Ratio, which is approximately 1.618, is a singular proportion which has fascinated mathematicians, artists, and architects throughout history. It is nature’s quiet signature, a symbol of aesthetic perfection in the universe).

Mints 2-10 are released in a special sale, allocated to the Top 9 offers, with only one asset per participant.

Mints 2-10 sale and some of the auctions also reward the winners with a MUT bonus.

From the secondary market

You can also buy PES assets from other participants.

Earnings of an asset bought on the secondary market will still be based on the mint price of the asset, not the secondary purchase price.

Earnings Collection and Payout

Assets are automatically placed in appropriate PES slots by our Optimizer program, for maximum earnings.

At each beginning of month, the earnings for the previous month are credited to your PES account, taking into consideration assets which you have owned during the whole month.

PES Dashboard

You can view all your PES assets and properties on your PES Dashboard, with other information like your PES Networth, Earnings p.m., PES Slots filled and UPX balance.

To access your dashboard, you have to register a PES account on our website, and link it to your Upland account via the MMV Hodlings app on Upland.

PES Status

Upon joining the PES program, you are assigned the PES Earner status, and once you have accumulated a networth of 1 Million UPX, you are promoted to the PES Director status. While giving you bragging rights, the upgraded status also has its perks like participation in periodic Bring ‘Em Back sales, whereby a very limited number of sold out or retired assets are made available for purchase.

New participants have to go through a PES Director if they wish to lay their hands on these assets!
