How does it work?
We shall hold your property/ properties or PES asset(s) as collateral(s), which you get back at the end of your agreed repayment term. NO INTEREST will be charged. You just have to cover Upland fees incurred when the advance is disbursed and paid back.
For UPX advances, we will disburse up to 50% of the total mint price of your properties or PES assets you offer as collaterals. Exceptionally, if you offer PES properties as collaterals, we will disburse up to 67% of the total mint price of your properties as credit advance.
USD advances are treated on a case to case basis, at our discretion.
